This page is a launch-stage privacy notice for the public BargainScope website and guided demo. It should be reviewed and expanded before paid public launch as account, billing, analytics, and production-data practices are finalized.

Public website and demo

The public website provides product information and a guided demonstration using fictional sample data. The public demo is designed not to read from or write to the production BargainScope Contract Library.

Information you provide

If you contact us or request a demonstration, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, email address, and message.

Production application

The authenticated BargainScope application may process agreements, extracted text, analysis results, source metadata, account information, and other information submitted by authorized users. Production privacy terms will be updated as commercial account and billing workflows are finalized.

Public sources

BargainScope is designed to work with publicly available collective-bargaining agreements and related public web sources. Users remain responsible for ensuring they are authorized to upload or process non-public material.
